My second songbook came with a cassette tape and was aptly titled Ann's Original Music Tape. It was published on December 21, 1982; the same date I founded Spirtwood Music Inc as a Minnesota Corporation to publish and promote my music. It's is a collection of 32 songs written during my 4-year residency in Mankato, MN, between October 1978 and August 1982. My creativity and musical output during this period of my life were on par with my prolific college days in Boston, MA. However, the focus of my songs during this period shifted from the political to the personal.
